Official Transcript Requests

Request an official copy of your academic history at 91ÌìÌÃÔ­„“ that includes all courses, grades, and degrees awarded. Transcripts cost $15 per copy. Requests are processed daily, and you can expect your transcript to be sent in 5–7 business days.

Official transcripts include a school seal and the Registrar’s signature. If a paper transcript is requested, it comes in a sealed envelope. Once opened, it is no longer considered official.

If ordering transcripts while currently enrolled, they may be held until grades are entered or degrees are posted. Please refer to the order form for details.

Transcripts will not be processed if the student has a hold on their account.

An unofficial transcript is a copy of a student’s academic history at 91ÌìÌÃÔ­„“ that includes all courses, grades, and degrees awarded. It is not considered an official record and has a watermark indicating that it is an unofficial transcript.

A grade report includes courses and grades for a specific term.

How to Order

• For students without 91ÌìÌÃÔ­„“ Express access, print, sign, and submit the Unofficial Transcript/Grade Report Request Form (PDF) to 91ÌìÌÃÔ­„“ Central via mail, email, or fax.
• For students and alumni with 91ÌìÌÃÔ­„“ Express access, and print yourself. Select either Unofficial Academic Record or My Grades.
